Khloe Kardashian and the 34-year- old basketball player are not yet divorced because she reportedly can't locate her estranged husband, according to Us Weekly.
"Khloe can't even get in touch with him right now," an insider told the mag.
"He refuses to sign the divorce papers," a second source noted.
The looming end to Odom and Kardashian's marriage isn't the only troubles the athlete has faced lately.
He was cut from New York Knicks over the summer for not upholding "the standards to return as an NBA player," Phil Jackson, the Knicks president said in a statement at the time.
"We found it necessary to free up the roster spot."
Kardashian, who filed for divorce from Odom in December 2013, has proven she has clearly moved on from their four-year marriage.
She recently dated and split from rapper French Montana after eight months together and is currently living the single life.
