A Missouri man punched his elderly grandmother to the ground after she failed to write a check out to him quickly enough, police said.
Mark Christopher Kerpash allegedly smacked his 95-year-old relative in the face before pinning her to the floor at her Hawk Point home Monday night.
Cops claim the 27-year-old had gone to her home to ask for cash.
And when she didn't hand it over straight away, they allege, he "flew into a rage."

Kerpash has a history of violence and drug use and is a parole absconder, according to cops.
Kerpash fled after getting picked up by a woman, believed to be his girlfriend, who was driving a light blue vehicle.
Police are now hunting the alleged attacker, who they say is a parole absconder and has a history of violence and drug use.
His grandmother initially refused medical treatment, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
But the following morning she sought help at a local hospital after realizing she was severely bruised and was having trouble walking.
